National Account Manager (Sales Consultant)
Buckle up — this one’s a bit different. Ten Technology Group isn’t just another AV integrator ticking boxes and
sending invoices. We’re a fast-moving, full-stack technology partner that genuinely loves what we do — and we’re
looking for a sales star who feels the same way. With our TenUNIFY Managed Services arm, we don’t just install kit
and wave goodbye. We stay, we support, and we become an indispensable part of our clients’ world. Sound like
your kind of place? Read on.
Why TenAV?
- Your Secret Weapon: TenUNIFY Managed Services is our ace in the hole — a recurring revenue engine
that keeps clients sticky and your commission ticking. No other integrator in our space has this. Walk into
every meeting knowing you have something genuinely different to talk about.
- Hit the Ground Running: Forget the slow burn of building a patch from scratch. You’ll inherit a rich
database of warm and former clients, live pipeline, and a brand that’s already trusted. Day one
commission potential is real — not a pipe dream.
- A Culture That Actually Has One: We’re a team that works hard and celebrates harder. Expect proper
support, real development conversations, and social events that are actually worth attending. No pingpong table promises — just good people who've got your back.
Backed by the Kubus Group — Bigger Opportunities, Wider Horizons
Here’s where things get really exciting. Ten Technology Group has recently been acquired by the Kubus Group —
one of the UK’s leading workplace technology and infrastructure businesses. This isn’t just a headline; it’s a genuine
game-changer for you as a salesperson. You’re no longer just selling AV — you’re walking in with an entire
ecosystem of solutions behind you.
- A Full-Stack Proposition: The Kubus Group brings structured cabling, power, networking, and physical
infrastructure to the table. Combined with TenAV’s AV integration and TenUNIFY’s managed services, you
can now offer clients a truly end-to-end technology solution — from the cable in the wall to everything
that sits on the network.
- Double the Relationships, Double the Revenue: The Kubus Group brings an established client base of
Service Providers, Finance, Retail, Hospitality, Professional Services, Education, Government, and Healthcare.
That’s a ready-made set of warm doors to knock on — and they’re already working with a business that
they trust. Cross-selling into these accounts from day one is a real and immediate opportunity.
- Bigger Deals, Better Story: When a client is fitting out a new office, they don’t want five different
suppliers. They want one trusted partner who can handle everything. That’s now us — and that means
larger project values, stickier relationships, and a much more compelling conversation at the first
meeting.
- Growth-Stage Energy: We’re in an exciting phase of integration and expansion — the kind of moment
that creates careers. If you want to be part of building something from the inside, shaping how a newly combined business goes to market, this is genuinely one of those rare opportunities to join at exactly the
right time.
What You’ll Do

exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with marketing to “land and expand” accounts, driving new business and nurturing longterm relationships.
- Provide face-to-face, written, and verbal support to customers and colleagues throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage your accounts proactively, including maintenance renewals and support, ensuring clients
experience the full value of TenAV and TenUNIFY.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in technology, with a proven track record of smashing targets.
- Passion for technology and a keen understanding of the AV market.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with office fit-out companies, contractors, facilities managers, or IT teams is a plus.
- Full UK driving license and the right to work in the UK.
What’s in It for You?
- Show Me the Money: Competitive salary of £40–£60k (DOE) with uncapped commission — realistic OTE
of £60–70k in year one. And with the Kubus cross-sell pipeline opening up, the ceiling just got a lot
higher.
- A Culture Worth Staying For: Inclusive, energetic, and genuinely supportive — your ideas matter here,
your development is taken seriously, and the social calendar is actually fun.
- A Role With Real Runway: The chance to shape the future of AV and managed services within a growing
group — and to build a sales career that looks very different (and significantly more lucrative) in three
years’ time.
