- Test push notifications, deep links, biometrics, secure storage, and credential lifecycle flows.
- Perform exploratory, regression, and acceptance testing for each release.
- File clear, reproducible bug reports with logs, screenshots, and video where useful.
- Contribute to API testing using tools like Postman; write basic automated checks where it pays off.
- Partner with developers, product managers, and customer support to drive defects to resolution.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and validation procedures for Safetrust's mobile applications and supporting web portals.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, acceptance, and end-to-end testing across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Validate credential provisioning, BLE/NFC communication, wallet integration, biometrics, authentication, and secure credential lifecycle workflows.
- Verify mobile application compatibility across multiple operating systems, device manufacturers, screen sizes, and hardware configurations.
- Develop and maintain mobile device test matrices to ensure comprehensive release coverage.
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools to validate backend services supporting mobile applications.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Selenium, or other automation frameworks where appropriate.
- Execute usability, accessibility, performance, and security testing to improve the overall customer experience.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects with detailed reproduction steps, logs, screenshots, videos, and impact analysis.

- Validate application integrations with Safetrust readers, gateways, cloud services, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Monitor application quality metrics including defect trends, regression coverage, release readiness, and production quality.
- Support production issue investigations and customer-reported defects through root cause analysis and verification of fixes.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies, automation coverage, and quality standards across the mobile engineering organization.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of QA experience on mobile and/or web applications (Junior: 1–2; Middle: 2–3+).
- Solid grasp of QA fundamentals: test planning, test design techniques, defect lifecycle.
