Mid-level Graphic Designer

More than a job

We are looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to join our team.

This isn’t just about making things look good; it’s about making design work at scale. You will be a central engine in our Design as a Service (DaaS) setup, delivering high-quality, high-volume visual assets that fuel the marketing performance of our Northern European clients.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where efficiency meets creativity, and you know how to balance "pixel-perfect" with "delivered on time," this is for you.

What you'll do

Your primary focus will be supporting our DaaS model, ensuring a smooth flow of creative output. You will act as the bridge between raw ideas and polished visual communication.

• Fuel the DaaS Engine: Execute a steady stream of diverse design tasks-from performance marketing creatives (social ads, banners) to branding assets-maintaining high standards across rapid turnaround times.

• Visual Problem Solving: Translate briefs from clients and Project Managers into functional, visually compelling designs that convert.

• Systematic Design: Work with and expand upon existing brand guidelines. You understand that consistency is key in a service model.

• Digital Architecture: Build prototypes and wireframes for digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

• Continuous Evolution: Stay ahead of the curve by mastering new tools and trends. You keep your work fresh to ensure our clients always look modern.

• End-to-End Ownership: Take charge of projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with teams to ensure every design aligns with the broader marketing strategy.

Experience you'll bring

We are looking for a Medior profile, someone who has mastered the tools and is ready to optimize the process.

• The Portfolio: A strong body of work demonstrating not just creativity, but commercial awareness. We want to see designs that sell, inform, and engage.

• The Toolkit: Advanced proficiency Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

• The Mindset: You understand the difference between art and design. You work fast, you organize your files, and you pay attention to the details.

• The Experience: 2+ years of experience, ideally within an agency or a fast-paced in-house team. Experience with DaaS or subscription-based design models is a massive plus.

• Communication: Fluent in English (corporate language) with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

What will you be a part of

Obsidian Digital is a performance marketing agency with a Nordic heart. We are a collective of around 430 colleagues spread across Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg, Helsinki, Leipzig, Hamburg, Banja Luka, and Podgorica.

We don't do micromanagement. We believe in autonomy, trust, and supporting you to bring your authentic self to work. You will be part of a culture that values results over bureaucracy and creativity over rigid processes.

What's on offer

• A collaborative and friendly team that’s passionate about creating the best solutions for our clients.

• Career growth opportunities as you and the company evolve.

• Free access to sports activities and a variety of social events.

• Discounts on a range of products from our clients.
