About the role:

This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling our Mircrosoft Application Evolution Services (AES) offering in the UK. You will lead the full lifecycle of large, complex managed services opportunities – from demand generation and origination through to solution design and oversight of delivery.

AES is a managed services offering that goes far beyond traditional application support and management. AES provides post go-live support across major technology platforms where PwC is the Advisory and Transformation partner, its true value lies in its commitment to the continuous evolution and optimization of client solutions. Rather than simply keeping the lights on, AES ensures clients extract maximum value from their technology deployments by continually understanding and implementing new technology releases, platform functionality, and emerging AI use cases - turning a one-time transformation into an ongoing journey of innovation and improvement.

This approach is underpinned by a suite of enabling capabilities including AI Enablement, Automated Testing, Solution Evolution Experts, and ISO 20000-1 Certification. Covering the full software lifecycle - from design and build through to run and evolve - AES keeps clients at the forefront of best practice and technological advancement, driving meaningful business outcomes well beyond the initial go-live.

As the market lead for Microsoft AES, you will work closely with advisory and transformation teams, sector leaders and alliance partners to embed AES into major Microsoft transformation programmes from inception.
