Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who leads with ownership, drives with data, and builds marketing programs that deliver results. You will own integrated marketing strategy for HCP engagement — from audience intelligence and messaging frameworks through campaign execution and team development. This is a performance-driven role for a strategic marketer who is accountable for audience growth, moves with urgency, and builds a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and high standards. You are expected to model and embed AI-native thinking across the team as a standard of how work gets done.
What You'll Do
- Own integrated marketing strategy for HCP audience acquisition and engagement, setting direction for messaging, channels, creative, and testing approach with full accountability for measurable outcomes
- Model AI-native practices across the team, actively using and evaluating AI tools to improve content quality, campaign efficiency, decision-making, and overall team output
- Lead a test-and-learn culture, building frameworks for rapid experimentation, clear hypothesis-setting, and disciplined iteration based on data
- Drive audience growth across both B2B and B2C engagement models, building scalable programs that acquire new audiences while deepening loyalty and retention among existing ones
- Own market research and competitive intelligence, synthesizing insights on HCP segments, industry trends, and competitor positioning to sharpen strategy and stay ahead
- Build and maintain messaging frameworks and value propositions for priority HCP audiences, ensuring consistent, differentiated brand voice across all channels
- Lead campaign development from brief through execution, setting creative direction, guiding copy and design, and holding the team accountable to performance standards
- Develop and execute a sales enablement content strategy that equips commercial teams with the insights, positioning, and tools they need to compete and win
- Manage and develop a team of Specialists and Coordinators, building marketing craft, fostering curiosity, and setting a clear expectation of performance and growth
- Independently analyze campaign data and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership that connect results to decisions
What Sets You Apart
- You own outcomes, not just activities — you hold yourself and your team accountable to audience growth, campaign performance, and continuous improvement
- An AI-native leader who does not just use AI personally but builds it into how the team operates, evaluates new tools proactively, and raises the team's collective output through smart adoption
- A builder who creates structure where there is none and thrives in environments where speed, smart risk-taking, and iteration are the norm
- Deep understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing dynamics — you know how to grow new audiences and how to build the loyalty and engagement that keeps them
- Proven ability to develop differentiated messaging and positioning that moves audiences and enables sales teams
- A leadership style that raises the bar — collaborative and invested in people, but clear about expectations and performance standards
- Strong analytical fluency with the ability to translate campaign data into strategy
- Knowledge of HCP audiences, healthcare media, or life sciences marketing strongly preferred
AI Capability Expectation
Candidates should be prepared to discuss how they are currently leveraging AI — both personally and as a team leader. This includes:
- Specific AI tools in active use and how they are integrated into marketing workflows
- How AI has been used to improve campaign performance, content quality, or team efficiency
- Approach to evaluating and adopting new AI tools for the team
- Bonus: examples of AI-driven workflows, systems, or frameworks built to scale team output
Compensation Range
$65,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. Compensation will depend on factors including educational background, skills, and professional experience.
