As Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and strengthening team culture across a group of T&D engineering and design specialists, with a focus on purpose, capability, excellence, collaboration, diversity, and teamwork to deliver innovative, client-focused outcomes. Developing, mentoring, and attracting great talent is a core focus, alongside ensuring accountability and achieving strong commercial and financial performance.
