Manager/Senior Manager (CLC)

[What the role is]

You will be part of a team planning for and setting up the Career Longevity Centre (CLC) at its initial stage, and eventually to be deployed to the CLC when it is launched in mid-2027 (tentative) under the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA). You will have the opportunity to engage individuals and employers to understand their needs to implement career longevity. You will need to work collaboratively with other SWDA departments, MOM, tripartite partners, industry players and solution or technology providers to co-develop initiatives and resources.
