About Airwallex

Airwallex is the AI-native financial operating system for a real-time, intelligent economy. More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own.

We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,300 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do. About the team

The Revenue Strategy & Enablement team at Airwallex sits at the heart of our commercial engine, empowering sales and commercial teams to win in a fast-paced environment. We collaborate closely with commercial leaders, product marketing, and cross-functional partners to deliver world-class enablement programs, content, and training. Our mission is to accelerate revenue growth by equipping and coaching our teams with the knowledge, tools, and processes they need to succeed – across both core and new products, and in every region we serve.

What you’ll do

Airwallex is looking for a commercially savvy operator with experience in enablement, new product launches, and market entry to help accelerate our growth across EMEA.

You’ll work at the intersection of GTM, Product, and Commercial – driving high-impact initiatives that support our frontline teams and unlock new revenue opportunities. We’re seeking someone with a strong foundation (or a strong interest) in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or Payments, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution and content excellence.

If you’re passionate about scaling businesses and enabling teams to win, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Commercial and Revenue Strategy leaders to identify the highest-leverage enablement initiatives that will drive growth across the funnel.
Translate GTM priorities into clear, actionable enablement programs that improve sales execution across both core and new products.
Develop and deliver high-impact onboarding, product training, and enablement experiences that align with commercial goals and accelerate time-to-productivity.
Lead the design and rollout of scalable content, AI tools, and systems in partnership with Revenue Operations to improve rep effectiveness and deal velocity.
Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen the commercial operating rhythm, including SKOs, training cadences, and feedback loops.
Analyse funnel performance and sales data to surface gaps, inform enablement priorities, and guide coaching efforts.

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement or Sales, or a related field, ideally in financial services.
Proven track record of collaborating with commercial leaders and driving impactful enablement programs.
Experience designing and delivering sales training, onboarding, and enablement content for commercial teams.
Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills, with strong cross-functional management abilities.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-starter mentality with a high degree of motivation to understand root causes and deliver success.
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop commercial talent, including frontline sellers and managers, through structured feedback, call coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
High attention to detail and a “do what it takes” attitude to own and execute high-quality outcomes.
Experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and modern sales technology stacks (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Highspot, LMS platforms, AI tools).

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in a high-growth fintech or technology scale-up environment.
Experience working with EMEA Sales Teams.
Experience implementing and scaling AI-enabled sales workflows and enablement programs.
Experience with data-driven enablement program measurement and iteration.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (Spanish, Dutch, German, or French) is a plus.
