Management Consultants in Supply Chain Planning – Graduates 2027

Job Description

Job description

We're looking for talented and curious graduates who want to start a career in management consulting at the intersection of deep functional expertise and digital planning solutions.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll be joining a nerdy team that designs and delivers optimal supply chains by combining best-in-class processes with leading digital solutions. Every day, we help clients transform their planning processes in demand, supply, and inventory optimisation across the value chain and planning horizons.

You’ll be working on a wide range of projects. Depending on your personal journey and development goals, your role in a project could include:

• Design and implement planning excellence: Apply advanced concepts in forecasting, demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimisation, and operational planning to build robust, end‑to‑end planning processes.
• Enable adoption and capability building: Train stakeholders and facilitate client workshops to co-create designs, refine processes, and embed continuous improvement.
• Translate requirements into actionable processes: Convert business needs into well-defined process designs and implementation plans – with clear governance, data, and decision flows.
• Guide digital planning transformations: Advise clients on solution architecture and roadmaps for SAP IBP and other leading platforms from concept to configuration and adoption.
• Deliver measurable impact: Execute projects that optimise planning tools and processes, strengthen performance management, and build organisational capabilities that sustain excellence.
• You’re excited to live a year in Copenhagen to immerse yourself in our strong Implement culture while working in an international team and to build a broad network at Implement.

If this sounds like the kind of nerdery you would like to dive deep into, you’ll feel right at home in our team.

Please note that for the first year, you’ll be employed in our Copenhagen office, Implement’s HQ, before joining the Aarhus office.

What you’ll bring

As our new team member, you’ll be working at the forefront of supply chain transformation – integrating digital enablers with core business functions to create end-to-end impact, from strategy and design to implementation and adoption.

To be a great fit, you hold – or are about to complete – a master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, supply chain, operations research, or business analytics, with strong academic results to show for it.

On top of that, we’re looking for someone who meets most of the following criteria:

• Relevant experience: Ideally, you’ve applied supply chain concepts through an internship, student role, or thesis project.
• Project-driven and adaptable: You enjoy working in a project-based setting, managing timelines, stakeholders, and changing priorities.
• Interest in digital tools: Ideally, you have exposure to SAP (e.g., SAP IBP) or other digital planning platforms or you are interested in building expertise in digital planning solutions.
• Analytical problem-solver: You love turning complex problems into clear insights and actionable solutions.
• Structured communicator: You can structure and deliver compelling presentations and workshops in English (proficiency in another European language is considered a plus, but not a requirement).

Supply chains are becoming one of the most strategically important – and technically complex – areas in business. If you want to be at the sharp end of that, join our team where curiosity is rewarded, diverse perspectives are valued, and where you will make an impact from day one.

What we offer

At Implement, a healthy, dynamic, and collaborative environment always comes first. You'll become part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy that gives you the space to grow, lead, and innovate while creating real results for our clients.

• Build deep functional expertise: develop mastery across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimisation, S&OP/IBP, and digital planning tools with ownership of end-to-end planning transformations.
• Hands-on from day one: work on client projects immediately, side by side with experienced consultants who elevate your strategic thinking and methodological rigour.
• Continuous development: get access to an ambitious internal training programme with keynotes, workshops, certifications, and mentoring to accelerate your professional and personal growth.
• High-trust culture: enjoy autonomy, support, and a flat hierarchy in a team that shares knowledge freely and continuously raises its standards.
• An exciting start to your career: Feel the energy and atmosphere at our Copenhagen HQ for one year, joining a cohort of international graduates. Build a community and engage in a steep learning programme into the world of supply chain planning before you move on to the Aarhus office.

Make your next move matter.

How to apply

Please include your CV, a cover letter, and your GPA for both your BSc and MSc.

Start date for this position flexible, either winter 2026/2027 or September/October 2027 in Copenhagen.
