Contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews by preparing concise analyses, discussion points and recommendations.
Work with your manager and relevant teams to investigate business questions, communicate findings and follow up agreed improvement actions.

What you’ll get exposure to:

Experiments and A/B tests, including helping prepare analyses and understand the results.
Product Development discussions related to customer-facing features
Improvements to Logistics Performance tools and processes.

At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, logistics, performance management, product, commercial analysis, consulting or another relevant business environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or another relevant field.
Experience analysing data and creating clear visualisations using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets or similar. Ability to prepare clear presentations and communicate findings effectively.
Familiarity with AI tools and a practical mindset for using them to support analysis, research and productivity.
A structured, curious and ownership-driven approach, with the ability to manage priorities, work independently within a defined scope and deliver with pace.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with colleagues from different teams and perspectives.

Nice to have, but not essential:

Exposure to experiments, A/B tests or hypothesis-based analysis.
Exposure to product development, logistics, customer experience or operational performance.
Experience in a digital platform, marketplace or other fast-moving business.

What you can expect from us:

Regular mentoring and support as you develop in the role.
