Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter

SentiLink stops more than 150,000 fraud attempts and verifies more than 3 million identities every day to protect both institutions and consumers. The problems we work on are challenging, and solving them takes deep domain expertise, rigorous analysis, and a willingness to dig into the details.

At SentiLink, you'll work alongside smart, highly collaborative colleagues who respect each other's time and judgment, take ownership, and follow through on their commitments. Together, we do truly meaningful work protecting the identities of innocent consumers and flagging the fraudsters attempting to exploit them.

We're well capitalized and growing quickly. We already serve 13 of the top 15 U.S. banks, we're expanding into new markets, and we're backed by Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin. We've been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 and as a 2026 FICO Industry Vanguard Decision Award Winner. We were also the first company to go live with the electronic Consent Based Social Security Number Verification (eCBSV) service, and we've testified before the U.S. Congress on the future of identity.

We want SentiLink to be the best place you've ever worked. We offer generous benefits and support a range of working arrangements, from fully remote to in-office. We are a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India, and we meet in person regularly to build relationships. We have offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle (Bellevue), Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India.

Role:

SentiLink is building high-performing teams to tackle some of the most complex problems in identity, risk, and fraud, and we are looking for a Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter to play a critical role in that growth.

In this role, you will own full cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science, while remaining flexible to support business and go-to-market hiring as company priorities evolve. You will also partner closely with leadership on complex and high-impact searches, including leadership roles.

This is a highly collaborative role for a recruiter who brings strong talent-market expertise, sound judgment, and a willingness to operate as a fungible recruiting partner across the organization. You will be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, help shape hiring strategy, and provide informal leadership and mentorship to other recruiters and recruiting partners.

This is a remote, U.S.-based position. Candidates based in Austin who are able to work regularly from one of our office locations are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on role definition, leveling, talent-market strategy, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions

• Lead sourcing strategies and build high-quality pipelines for specialized and competitive talent markets

• Manage complex and high-priority searches, proactively identifying risks and driving alignment across stakeholders

• Use a data-driven approach to recruiting strategy, leveraging funnel metrics to prioritize work, improve conversion rates, and drive hiring outcomes

• Deliver structured, consistent, and high-quality interview and candidate experiences

• Maintain strong operational rigor across the ATS and recruiting workflows

• Improve recruiting processes, tools, and practices to increase efficiency, consistency, and scale

• Provide informal team leadership through mentorship, calibration, and knowledge sharing

• Help embed thoughtful, AI-enabled practices across our recruiting infrastructure and team, using AI to improve sourcing, market research, workflow efficiency, candidate experience, and recruiting operations while maintaining sound judgment and confidentiality

Requirements:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant technical recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth startup

• Experience recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, and/or Product, as well as business or GTM functions

• Demonstrated success recruiting both technical individual contributors and people leaders, including Manager- and Director-level candidates

• Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders through market insight, sound judgment, and clear communication

• Strong sourcing, pipeline development, candidate assessment, and closing skills

• Data-driven approach to recruiting, including experience using funnel metrics to improve hiring outcomes

• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and workflows, with the judgment to identify practical use cases, evaluate outputs, and help drive responsible adoption across a recruiting team

• Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading other recruiters or sourcers

• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and operational discipline; experience with Ashby is preferred

• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices, confidentiality, and values-aligned teams

• Willingness to travel approximately six times per year for company meetups, off-sites, and relevant events

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the country

• Candidates based in Austin and willing to work regularly from the office are preferred

Compensation:

Perks:

• Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents

• 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)
