Lead Exceptional Landscape Care Teams
Refined Gardens is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead and work alongside a crew maintaining some of Arizona's most distinctive residential properties.
This is a hands-on working foreman position, not a typical mow-and-blow landscape role. Our clients expect exceptional attention to detail, proactive communication, proper horticultural practices, and landscapes maintained to a consistently high standard.
Our teams maintain large luxury residential properties throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and surrounding communities. We are looking for a leader who takes ownership of their route, develops their crew, notices problems before they become client concerns, and takes pride in craftsmanship.
