About the Role

In the showroom, you'll present cabinetry, countertop, tile, and fixture options, prepare accurate quotes and design documentation, and guide walk-in and scheduled clients through product selection. Across both channels, you'll process change orders as selections evolve, identify upsell opportunities that genuinely fit the client's vision and budget, and maintain accurate records of client selections and contracts in our design and sales systems. You'll also stay current on kitchen and bath design trends, materials, and finishes relevant to both retail and custom-build clientele.
