• Provide advice, advocacy, and connection to local and regional support networks.

• Promote and model Whānau Ora principles in all aspects of mahi.

• Use your knowledge of Te Reo me ōna Tikanga to provide culturally competent, compassionate care.

• Track and document whānau progress to ensure outcomes align with their aspirations.

What You Bring

• Cultural Connection: Knowledge of Te Reo me ōna Tikanga or a strong commitment to learning.

• Professional Background: Experience in social work, navigating high-complexity needs, or related fields.

• Empathy and Resilience: Ability to support whānau through challenging situations with compassion and adaptability.

• Community Networks: Established connections within local hapū and iwi are advantageous.

• Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal, written, and digital literacy.

• Driver’s License: Full, clean license essential for local travel.

Why Join Ngāti Hine Health Trust?

• Empowering Work: Support whānau to create pathways to their own success and wellbeing.
