ApplySteven.com is building the operating system for the creator economy, forecast to pass a trillion dollars by the early 2030's. This industry is currently held back by fragmented tools and a lack of professional infrastructure. Steven.com is the unlock. We are the end-to-end Operating System designed to scale what is irreplaceably human.
We have built proprietary technology and obsessed teams to identify and scale the highest-potential creators across our core pillars:
Creator Media: Amplifying reach, influence, and trust
Creator Community: Transforming audiences into connected tribes
Creator Products: Providing creators with the infrastructure to build and back aligned products and ventures
Powered by Creator Tech & Intelligence: A proprietary data and technology suite that fuels smarter decisions and drives innovation across the entire flywheel.
Powering all of it is Steven.com's Innovation and Technology Organisation (ITO). We are building proprietary AI infrastructure, developing consumer and enterprise digital products, and creating the data and intelligence layer that drives smarter decisions across the business. Each pillar feeds the next. The result is a flywheel that compounds over time and bets on human creation at its core.
An exciting role for someone who already builds in their own time and thinks like a founder, not an intern. Ship features that directly hit users, with a level of ownership and autonomy most junior engineers don't see for years. Work across internal products, external production, and the occasional moonshot.
Design, build, and ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
Prototype quickly, run experiments, and move core product metrics
Own systems in production, including debugging, performance, and reliability
Use AI/ML tools and LLM-based APIs to build intelligent product experiences
Contribute to engineering culture through code quality, documentation, and active review participation
Proficient in modern full-stack development: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, JavaScript
Familiar with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API design
Comfortable working across the stack: frontend, backend, and infrastructure
Some exposure to, or genuine interest in, AI/ML systems and LLM-based applications
One to three years of professional experience, or a portfolio of self-directed projects that proves the same capability
You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
You have a bias toward action, ship fast, and iterate rather than wait for perfect information
Ambiguity and shifting priorities don't throw you off
You hold high attention to detail and quality, even moving at speed
You think like a mini-founder: curious, proactive, genuinely invested in the mission
GitHub repos, a personal site, or end-to-end projects you've built independently
Open source contributions or active participation in developer communities
Exposure to early-stage startups, hackathons, or your own technical ventures
Academic or self-directed study in CS, maths, or a related technical field
Real experience with, or strong interest in, machine learning, LLMs, or applied AI
