Looking for your first real step into IT? This is not a “reset passwords all day” job. From your first weeks you will work with the same tools enterprise IT teams use every day – Active Directory, Microsoft 365, modern remote endpoint management and security dashboards monitored by a 24/7 Security Operations Center – with an experienced team behind you, guiding you as you grow.
Who we are
ICAP Outsourcing Solutions is one of the leading B2B services providers in Greece, with more than 55 years of operation and offices in Greece and Serbia. Our people deliver customer service and contact center operations, outsourcing and HR services, HR consulting and training, and claims management for major organizations. They all rely on IT every minute of the day – so the work you do here is visible and makes a real difference.
What you will do – and learn
- Be the go-to person for your colleagues: solve everyday IT issues (Windows, hardware, accounts, printers, connectivity) remotely and on-site, starting at 1st level and taking on 2nd-level cases as your skills grow.
- Take part in a large Windows 11 rollout: help deploy and set up hundreds of new devices across the organization – hands-on project experience most junior roles never offer.
- Manage users and devices: on/off-board employees in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, maintain security groups, and provision or retire endpoints.
- Work with professional tools: a cloud RMM platform, the Microsoft 365 admin centers, and security and monitoring dashboards (EDR, antivirus, network monitoring), in cooperation with our SOC partner.
- Own your tickets: log, prioritize and follow each request through to resolution within agreed times, and check back with users to make sure everything works.
- Keep the fleet healthy: monitor endpoint status and prepare a short weekly health report.
Requirements
What we are looking for
- A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field – or equivalent hands-on knowledge (IEK, bootcamp, military IT service, a home lab, freelance support for friends and family all count).
- 0–2 years of experience. An internship or help desk experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and a basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 concepts – or a strong wish to learn them quickly.
- Clear, patient communication: you can explain a technical issue to a non-technical colleague.
- Good organization, ownership of your work, and team spirit.
- Fluency in Greek and good command of English.
- For male candidates, completed military service is desirable but not a requirement.
Nice to have:
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft fundamentals certifications (e.g. MS-900, MD-102) or any personal IT projects you can tell us about.
Benefits
What we offer
- Predictable hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (occasionally 8:00–16:00 to match our contact center shifts). A compensated weekly stand-by rotation for after-hours issues may be introduced in the future.
- Learning on the job: structured onboarding and day-to-day mentoring from the IT Director and your teammates – you will never be left alone with a problem.
- Enterprise exposure: work alongside the engineers of our managed services partner on escalated issues and see how a professional infrastructure is run.
- Real projects for your CV: a large device refresh and an office relocation, from planning to go-live.
- Recognition of your progress: an annual, performance-based salary review and the opportunity to move up to IT Senior Support Engineer as you gain experience.
- Private medical insurance and stable, full-time employment in an established company.
Please note: this is a fully on-site role at our Piraeus offices; remote work is not available.
How to apply
Send us your CV – and, if you like, a few lines about something in IT you have built, fixed or learned on your own. We value curiosity as much as experience. [application link / e-mail]
