Position Overview

The role is designed to mature into a full Account Executive within the first 6 months – focused on closing $200k+ opportunities.

We are seeking a commercially mature professional who can confidently engage enterprise organizations around AI-driven operational transformation, intelligent automation, and next-generation customer engagement solutions.

Quantanite is looking for a candidate who can run a full sales cycle out of the gate. This is a high-performance role requiring disciplined outbound execution where you will handle initial calls, qualification, and deep dives into the product and customer needs. You will own the process of creating commercially meaningful opportunities and building relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure deals have a high win probability. The ideal candidate understands modern SaaS and AI GTM motions and can connect operational pain points to measurable business outcomes through technology-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute structured outbound campaigns using multi-touch and multi-modal GTM cadences across phone, email, LinkedIn, and approved sales acceleration platforms.
• Run the entire pre-sales cycle (cold call, qualification, initial deep dive) and then remain on the call to learn the technology and how to close opportunities.
• Engage prospects in commercially meaningful conversations that uncover the “why behind the why” and identify whether a real, valuable, and winnable opportunity exists.
• Confidently articulate Quantanite’s value proposition, including how our blend of AI, technology, operational expertise, and human capability can help clients solve strategic business challenges.
• Secure early access to appropriate senior stakeholders and economic buyers to improve opportunity quality, deal momentum, and probability of win.

Qualifications

Essential

• 3–5 years’ experience in SaaS, AI, consulting, technology-led BPO, CX, call centre solutions, or a related B2B sales environment.
• Proven experience in outbound pre-sales, opportunity creation, and early-stage deal progression using formal Go-To-Market frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience carrying a sales or pipeline quota for at least 1–2 years, ideally at a level of $1.2M or greater.
• Hands-on experience using sales acceleration tools such as Orum, Clay, Lemlist, Unify, or similar platforms.
• Ability to identify genuine business pain, understand commercial value, and distinguish real opportunities from low-probability pipeline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and economic buyers professionally.

Preferred

• Experience in a tech-led BPO, call centre, CX, AI-enabled operations, or consulting environment.
• Formal sales training, with a strong preference for Miller Heiman methodology.
• Experience selling into industries such as eCommerce, Travel & Hospitality, Utilities, Healthcare.

Why Join Quantanite

• Move into an Account Executive role within 6 months.
• High dollar value contracts (1-5M+) are realistic within this space, and commensurate increases in commissions associated with those larger deal sizes.
• Gain access to selling to emerging AI GTM strategies, enterprise transformation initiatives, and technology-led consulting environments.
• Join a high-performance culture focused on innovation, execution, curiosity, and measurable impact.
