EngageTech is an award-winning international tech organisation transforming the B2B prospecting process. We empower SDRs and Sales Teams to connect with prospects more effectively—helping businesses accelerate growth and build high-quality pipeline through our three core solutions:

✅ Outsourced SDR Teams

✅ Augmented SDR Teams

✅ Managed SDR Services

From our beginnings in London, we’ve expanded to 8 global offices across the US, Australia, South Africa, and Europe. And we’re proud to have earned multiple prestigious industry awards, such as a Top 50 company on the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For.

💼 About The Role

As an SDR at EngageTech, you’ll sit at the top of the sales funnel, helping drive new business opportunities for our clients. You’ll learn how to start conversations with business leaders, build confidence in a fast-paced environment, and grow through hands-on coaching and feedback.

No previous sales experience is required. Our world-class 3-month training academy equips you with everything you need to succeed and start earning commission from day one. We focus instead on hiring ambitious, coachable individuals with a passion for learning and growing.

If you’re a fresh grad or early-career professional looking to break into the tech industry, this is an opportunity to establish valuable communication and relationship-building skills while being part of a supportive, team-oriented culture.

• Driving new business conversations through consistent outbound prospecting, primarily through high-volume cold calling
• Learning how to communicate with business leaders across a wide range of industries, from startups to global companies
• Conducting discovery conversations to understand prospective clients’ goals, challenges, and priorities
• Staying organized and managing outreach activity in a fast-paced sales environment
• Collaborating closely with teammates, managers, and clients to share insights and celebrate progress
• Representing EngageTech professionally and authentically as one of the first points of contact for prospective customers

🌱 Why This Role Is Exciting

• Continuous learning and development from world-class sales leaders who are invested in your success
• Clear career progression opportunities, with many team members promoted within their first 12–18 months
• Exposure to a variety of industries, technologies, and go-to-market strategies that build strong business fundamentals
• A supportive team culture that values resilience, consistency, learning, and growth — not just outcomes
• The opportunity to develop highly transferable skills in communication, business development, organization, and relationship-building
• A collaborative environment where different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences are genuinely valued
• A vibrant team environment where wins of all sizes are celebrated
