- Coordinate and closely monitor the daily tasks and workflow of our Account Managers, ensuring consistent standards, timely follow-up, and smooth collaboration across markets.
- Manage a portfolio of event organizers in European countries where Μore.com does not have a local presence, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships while continuously improving how we work together.
- Assist the Account Managers in supporting their event organizers (from onboarding and registration on the More.com platform, to event creation, to collecting and acting on their feedback).
- Oversee all internal processes related to the accounts, working closely and collaboratively with all other teams and departments.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in client/partner account management, sales support, or customer success.
- Experience working in multinational environments and cooperating with professionals across different markets or countries.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
- Excellent command of Greek and English; knowledge of French, German or Spanish is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across cultures.
- Proven ability to prioritize, coordinate, and follow up on multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Benefits
- Annual Bonus scheme.
- Health and life insurance for you and your family.
- Career and competencies development.
- Top-of-the-line tools and equipment.
