You do not need to come to us with years of insurance experience or already have your licenses. We’re looking for the right person — someone who is dependable, personable, motivated to learn, and genuinely enjoys helping others. If that sounds like you, we can help teach you the insurance side of the business.

In this role, you’ll get to know our customers, help them understand their insurance options, and be someone they can turn to when they have questions or need assistance. You’ll work with both new and existing customers and have the opportunity to build lasting relationships while developing your own career in the insurance industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Your days will include a mix of customer service, relationship building, and sales. You'll:

• Talk with current and prospective customers about their insurance needs
• Prepare quotes for auto, home, life, and health insurance
• Help customers understand their coverage and available options
• Follow up with potential customers and new business opportunities
• Assist existing customers with questions, policy needs, and concerns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers
• Keep customer information and records organized and up to date
• Work alongside the FSA team to provide a great customer experience

Who We're Looking For

Insurance experience is great, but it's not required. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and people skills.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy talking with and helping people
• Are friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating by phone and in person
• Can stay organized while handling multiple priorities
• Take initiative and enjoy solving problems
• Are dependable and willing to learn
• Enjoy working toward goals and being part of a team
• Have previous customer service or sales experience — although neither is required

You'll need to obtain your Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses, but we'll support you through the process and FSA will pay for your licensing costs.
