As a Technician Helper, you’ll work alongside our experienced Install Technicians in the field, helping make installations safe, efficient, and successful. You’ll also support our warehouse team with inventory and product-related tasks when needed.

• Support inventory organization, replenishment, and general warehouse operations.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Work closely with the Warehouse and Service teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Take on additional responsibilities as business needs change.

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who is reliable, positive, detail-oriented, and ready to learn. You work well with others, stay calm when things get busy, and take pride in providing great support to both your teammates and customers.

You’ll bring:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide accurate information.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• A customer-focused mindset, recognizing our Technicians as your primary internal customers.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and occasionally work extended hours.
• The ability to stay composed and organized in high-stress situations.
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience with Windows-based computer systems.
• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, planning, or replenishment is a plus.
• Experience supporting high-volume business operations or field service teams is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record.

The Physical Side of the Role

This is an active, hands-on position. You should be comfortable lifting and carrying products up to and occasionally over 50 pounds, as well as frequently sitting, standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
