Who You’ll Be Working With

At PMG, our Influencer & Branded Content team is at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and strategy, helping brands connect with audiences in authentic, meaningful ways. We craft high-impact influencer campaigns that go beyond traditional advertising, driving engagement, building brand affinity, and delivering measurable results across social, digital, and experiential platforms.

As the Influencer & Branded Content Director, you’ll set the strategic direction for how PMG builds, scales, and elevates influencer and creator marketing across clients. You’ll collaborate with creators, talent agencies, media strategists, content teams, client leaders, and brand partners to develop programs that connect cultural relevance with business impact. A key focus will be scaling PMG’s influencer and creator marketing discipline by establishing frameworks, strengthening talent and platform relationships, and setting clear standards for authenticity, quality, measurement, and effectiveness.

You’ll also play a highly visible role in shaping the future of branded content at PMG, exploring new content formats, identifying emerging platforms, and guiding teams toward creator strategies that are innovative, thoughtful, and built for measurable impact. At PMG, we don’t just follow trends—we create them.

If you’re passionate about shaping culture through creator-driven storytelling, using data to guide meaningful decisions, and redefining what’s possible in influencer marketing, this is the place to make your mark.
