Our Professional Services team partners with our customers to design, build and launch our employee recognition and rewards platform. As an Implementation Analyst, you’ll play a key role in turning vision into reality by partnering with customers to design, build, and launch solutions that drive real impact
You’ll lead multiple implementations, collaborate across teams, and help customers achieve their goals from day one. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex challenges, and love delivering results, you’ll feel right at home on our Professional Services team
Act as the project lead for multiple implementation projects concurrently
Scope, plan and manage progress against the plan (set up weekly meetings, manage deliverables/milestones, escalate risks and issues, propose new solutions to ensure project delivery)
Translate client needs into technical/functional requirements of the platform
Rapidly execute projects within 2-4 months from end to end
Build and execute on communication plan to support program implementation and user adoption
Work cross functionally to effectively guide projects from concept to deployment with both internal Achievers resources and external client resources
Utilize tracking and reporting tools to ensure effective project documentation, knowledge transfer, and business continuity
Liaise with developers and designers to enhance site features as required
