Human Resource Lead

About Us

We're Queue, the world's first fully autonomous robotic pharmacy. We go from sealed wholesale bottles to filled, verified prescription vials with zero human involvement.

We built Queue because no one should ever have to wait in line for the medicines they need. One in three US pharmacies has shut down. Pharmacists are overworked to a breaking point. And patients are paying the price. Queue fixes that. Pharmacists get to practice pharmacy again — counseling patients, catching interactions, doing the work only they can do. And patients get their prescriptions in 60 seconds or less, any time, anywhere.

We’re backed by over $18 million from Alleycorp, Riot Ventures, Ubiquity Ventures, House Capital, and others who believe the pharmacy system is broken and that robotics can fix it. Queue was founded by Nick Desai (6x founder, previously CEO of Heal) and Joshua Liu (previously Tesla, Waymo, and Zipline).

About the Role

As Human Resources Lead, you will be responsible for building the company's people function from the ground up during a critical phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner closely with leadership to design, implement, and execute the programs, processes, and systems needed to support a rapidly growing robotics and healthcare technology company as it scales from approximately 20 employees today to 40–50 and beyond.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role that requires equal parts strategic thinking and operational execution. Rather than inheriting a mature HR organization, you will personally build and manage many of the core people programs that support the business, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee development. You will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers alike while helping create the infrastructure, culture, and employee experience needed to support the company's next stage of growth. For someone who enjoys building from the ground floor, working directly alongside founders, and creating the people foundation for a category-defining company, this is a uniquely impactful opportunity.
