Job Description
ABOUT THE POSITION
Jack Welch knows business; are you his equivalent in HR?
We are seeking a very special person to be a “High-Impact HR Business Partner.” Position level is flexible depending on how well you can prove your value.
The right person for this role will drive both the strategic and tactical people efforts required to grow the business and make it successful; plan/manage and measure work; summon your managerial courage to make "tough but fair" decisions; communicate complex issues to all concerned; and be willing to roll-up the sleeves to make a measureable impact on the business.
If you . . .
- Are you a business person first, with strong common sense and superb business acumen, and a “people person” second who is approachable; has the integrity and credibility to win others’ buy-ins; able to build an effective team, motivate others, and develop direct reports;
- Understand the “people business” and how HR can make an impact to help build a business;
- Are looking for the excitement of dealing with real-life business challenges and dynamics and translate these to people solutions;
- Are in a great job, but would like to jump-start your career;
- Enjoy your work, but would really like to make a difference with your dual knowledge of HR and business;
- Are happy to where you are now, but with the right opportunity could be happier and more fulfilled;
- Want more excitement, challenges and reward for your efforts both monetarily and non-monetarily; and,
- Want to be part of a dynamic team and a growing and socially-responsible organization;
…then you might be the person our client is looking for!

Due to company growth and the desire to “win” in the market, you’ll be given the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge, skills, and experience and infuse your expertise as it relates to human capital management.
No, this job is not about putting in time; it’s about savvy business sense and people leadership. The successful candidate will be career-driven, goal-oriented, passionate about people, and committed to making a contribution to the team and the society.
Our client believes in challenging their employees, because when people excel, the company benefits. And when the company benefits, the employees reap more rewards both personally and professionally. It’s a self-sustaining cycle of excellence, and it creates a culture that maximizes both work and fun.
