Hotel Facility Crew

Live & work in sunny holiday destinations across Greece

Is this you?

You’re looking for a simple and reliable way to work abroad without complicated requirements. You don’t need a fancy job title or constant decision-making — what matters to you is having a clear routine, practical tasks and a job where expectations are straightforward. You like staying active during the day and prefer hands-on work over sitting still.

If you want to experience life abroad while keeping things structured and manageable, this role is a strong starting point.

What your day looks like

Your workday focuses on maintaining cleanliness and order in the resort’s public areas. You clean shared spaces, support the housekeeping team when needed and help ensure guests feel comfortable in a clean environment. Tasks are clearly explained, repeated regularly and easy to learn. Training is provided on site, so you’ll always know what to do and how to do it correctly.

Good to know

This is a full-time seasonal position where you live and work on site at the resort. An EU passport is required.

Requirements

What you need for this role

You don’t need previous experience to start in this position. What’s important is that you are dependable, willing to work and comfortable following instructions as part of a team. The work is physical, so you should feel okay being on your feet and moving throughout the day. Basic English is enough to communicate at work and understand instructions.

Benefits

What we take care of

Working abroad can quickly become stressful when you have to organise housing, meals and paperwork on your own. We’ve already taken care of all of that for you. Your accommodation is organised before you arrive, meals are included during your working days and you’ll receive a legal EU seasonal contract including insurance. This way, you can focus on your job and the experience of living abroad instead of worrying about logistics.
