About Hiroki‑San

Hiroki‑San is an immersive, soulful Japanese dining experience located inside Detroit’s iconic and beautifully restored Book Tower. Rooted in tradition, technique, and a deep respect for Japanese culinary culture, Hiroki‑San blends the precision of classic Japanese cooking with a contemporary, design‑driven atmosphere.

The menu highlights the finest Japanese ingredients—many flown in weekly from Tokyo’s Toyosu Market—and showcases both traditional and modern preparations. The beverage program mirrors this dedication to craft, featuring cocktails built around single ingredients, curated sake pairings, and premium Japanese whiskies.
