High Ticket Closer

WANTED: One Hungry Closer Who's Sick Of Selling Other People's Dreams.

(Read this whole thing. If you quit halfway, we already have your answer.)

Most job ads read like they were written by HR.
Bullet points. Buzzwords.

A "competitive compensation package" that translates to "we'll pay you just enough to keep you from leaving, but never enough to actually win."

This isn't that.

This is a letter. From us to you. About one of the most lopsided opportunities we've ever put in front of a salesperson and the rare, specific human being we're trying to find to fill it.

If that human is you, you're going to feel it in your chest somewhere around paragraph nine.

First — Who We Are. And Why It Matters.

We're Wealth Without Wall Street.

Russ Morgan and Joey Muré built this from scratch, not in a Manhattan glass tower, not with a hedge-fund pedigree, but by getting fed up watching hardworking business owners hand their financial futures to suit-wearing strangers who couldn't pick them out of a lineup.

Together we've helped thousands of business owners, real estate investors, doctors, and high-earning professionals do what 99% of America has been brainwashed into believing is impossible:

Generate passive income that exceeds their monthly expenses.

That's the whole game. That's what freedom actually looks like — not a 401(k) you can't touch until you're 65 and your knees are gone, but real cash flowing in every single month whether you work or not.

We do it using the Infinite Banking Concept — the same wealth strategy quietly used by the richest families in America for over a century. We teach people to become their own bank. To recycle their capital. To stop renting money from institutions that profit off their ignorance.

Russ and Joey have done it themselves. Over $50,000 per month in passive income. Co-authors of an Amazon bestseller. Hosts of one of the most respected podcasts in personal finance.

This isn't theory. This is the real thing.

Right now, we have more qualified people waving their hands than we can possibly talk to.

That's where you come in.

The Role: Business Developer. (Translation: The Person Who Decides Who Gets Free.)

Let us describe a typical day so you know exactly what you're signing up for.

You wake up. You check your calendar. There are real, pre-qualified humans on it, people who registered for our workshops, devoured Russ and Joey's content, raised their hand, and said "I want a Passive Income Game Plan Session."

These aren't cold strangers.
These aren't leads scraped off a list.
These are people who already trust the brand, already believe the philosophy, and already know they're tired of the rat race.

Your job is to pickup the phone, set appointments by making outbound calls and take inbound appointments.

Ask the kind of questions most salespeople are too soft to ask.
Find out where they really are financially, emotionally, mentally. Diagnose whether IBC and our path is actually right for them.

And if it is? You hand them the keys.

You're not pitching. You're not pressuring. You're not chasing.

You're the bridge between someone's current life — exhausted, overworked, financially fragile — and the version of their life where they sleep through the night because money is finally working for them instead of against them.

That's the job.

If that sounds like too much responsibility, the back button is right there.

Who We Are NOT Looking For.

Let's save us both some time.

We are not looking for the guy who calls himself a "closer" because he sold timeshares in Cabo for six months.

We are not looking for the person who needs a six-week ramp, a personal coach, three resource Slack channels, and a "psychologically safe" environment to dial a phone.

We are not looking for someone who's going to ghost on Friday afternoons because the surf is up.

We are not looking for a salary chaser. If a guaranteed paycheck is what you're after, McDonald's is hiring. Go thrive.

And we are definitely not looking for someone who can't speak from the heart about money, freedom, and the very real fear most Americans carry around about both. If you can't connect at the soul level, you can't sell this. Period.

Who We ARE Looking For.

A killer. But a killer with a conscience.

Someone who can sit across a Zoom screen from a stranger and — within ten minutes — have them admitting things they haven't told their spouse.

Someone who's already a top performer somewhere else and is bored to tears selling SaaS, solar, or something else they couldn't care less about.

Someone who reads Rich Dad Poor Dad, listens to BiggerPockets, follows Dave Ramsey just to argue with him, and already has an opinion about whole life insurance — even if that opinion needs updating.

Someone with the spine to say "I don't think you're a fit. Here's why," and walk away from money on principle.

Someone who treats every conversation like it's their last shot — because that's how the great ones do it.

If you read those five paragraphs and felt seen, keep going.

Requirements

The Non-Negotiables.

• Proven sales background. Minimum 2+ years closing in a high-ticket, phone/Zoom-based environment. We don't care about your resume — we care about your numbers.
• 25%+ close rate after probation. Below that, you're not the right fit and we'll part as friends.
• Full ownership of your pipeline. Nobody is going to chase you to follow up. The leads are there. The CRM is built. The systems work. You just have to work them.
• Show up sharp every single day. This is a high-tempo environment. We move. We measure. We adjust.
• Live the message. If you don't believe building wealth outside the traditional system is possible, you cannot sell it. Period. Bonus points if you already own a whole life policy, have read Becoming Your Own Banker by Nelson Nash, or have personal experience with real estate investing or passive income.
• Stable, professional remote setup. High-speed internet, quiet environment, quality camera and mic. We're representing a premium brand on every single call.
• CRM discipline. You log notes the same day. You update statuses in real time. If "I forgot to update the CRM" is a phrase that comes out of your mouth more than twice, this won't work.
• Emotional intelligence over scripts. We'll give you frameworks. We will not give you a robot script to memorize. If you can't read a human, you can't sell here.
• Coachable ego. Strong opinions, loosely held. We promote killers who listen. We fire prima donnas who don't.
• A worldview that aligns. You believe people are responsible for their own freedom. You believe Wall Street is not the answer for most families. You believe in earning the right to be paid well — not waiting to be handed it.

The Catch:

We get a lot of applications.
Most won't make it past the first filter.

We're not looking for a resume, we're looking for evidence.

A sales background that proves you can sit in the fire without flinching, a track record that doesn't need to be inflated, and a worldview that aligns with what we actually believe about money, freedom, and the responsibility of helping someone change their life.

If that's you, apply. Right now. While you're feeling it.

Benefits

The Compensation. (Read This Slowly.)

We're going to lay this out plainly because we want you to do the math before you apply, not after.

• 100% commission. Uncapped. No ceiling. No politics.
• 10% of cash collected on all Passive Income Lab Sales ($7,500 Price Point)
• 20% of cash collected on all PIOS Sales ($1,000 Price Point)
• OTE for the people who actually do the work: $120K–$200K+ annually

The top performers here aren't just closers.
They're portfolio builders.

Every month you close, you're stacking another stream of recurring income on top of what you closed last month.
Twelve months in, you've got a book of business that pays you whether you take the call or not.

Sound familiar?

That's right.

We pay you the same way we teach our clients to live.

Passive income. Compounding. Freedom.

If we wouldn't drink our own Kool-Aid with the people who sell our offer, we'd have no business selling it to anyone.

What's In It For The Right Person.

Beyond the money?

• Mission that matters. You'll be the first conversation thousands of families ever have about real financial freedom. You'll be the one who makes them realize they've been lied to for thirty years, and you'll be the one who shows them the way out.
• Direct access to Russ Morgan and Joey Muré, two of the most generous, mission-driven, real-deal humans in this industry.
• Elite-level sales coaching from closers who've done eight figures in this exact niche.
• 100% remote. From your kitchen. From Bali. From a coffee shop in Medellín. We don't care where the work happens. We care that the work happens.
• Pre-qualified, warm inbound leads — not cold lists, not scraped data, not random dials.
• A real product you can be proud of. No bait-and-switch. No fake scarcity. No "course that goes nowhere." A genuine pathway to freedom backed by a decade of results.
