High-Net-Worth Client Relationship Manager (Lithuania)

Millions of people across Europe are looking for better ways to build long-term wealth. We're building the platform to help them do it. Currently we are on a journey to obtain a banking license from the European Central Bank (ECB) that will open new possibilities and help us build even more trust, which is key to long-term wealth building.

We’re looking for an experienced HNW Client Relationship Manager in Lithuania to work directly with our high-net-worth investors in Europe - building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service and helping clients make the most of the opportunities of their wealth that Mintos offers.

What you’ll do:

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with our high-net-worth clients in Europe, both by engaging our existing investors and by identifying and onboarding new ones. Your focus will be on creating a personal, trust-based connection, helping clients understand what Mintos offers, and ensuring they have a smooth and engaging experience on our platform.

You will:

• Identify and connect with potential high-net-worth investors in Europe through networking, referrals, and outreach.

• Present Mintos’ multi-asset offering in a clear and engaging way, tailored to each client’s level of investment experience.

• Build and maintain a CRM of prospects and clients, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Manage relationships with existing HNW clients from Europe, ensuring they are engaged, satisfied, and active on Mintos.

• Guide clients through onboarding and verification processes, making their experience smooth and simple.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to address client needs and feedback.

Your professional skills and background:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management, ideally in financial services, fintech, or another sector serving high-value clients.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and maintain long-term relationships.

• Comfortable explaining investment products and processes clearly.

• Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities for deeper engagement.

• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple client relationships and follow-ups effectively.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Any of large European language proficiency would be considered as advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.

What we offer:

💸Competitive salary and stock options. Your experience and contribution matter, and we reflect that in fair compensation. You’ll also receive equity so you can share in the value you help create.

🤹Flexibility that fits real life. We understand how important it is to stay connected with colleagues while having the opportunities to work remotely. Come to the office to collaborate and be productive side by side, work from home when you need to, and spend up to three months each year working from another country.

🌴Generous vacation policy. Rest and recovery are essential. We don’t limit vacation to the minimum required by law. Take the time you need to recharge and come back refreshed.

🧠Learning and growth. An annual €1,200 learning budget to support your professional and personal growth. Whether you want to explore something new or deepen your expertise, we’ll support you along the way.
☕Very well-equipped office. Comfortable environment matters. When in the office, enjoy the parking, showers, kitchen with snacks and drinks, massage chair, nap room and others.
