Head of Engineering (m/f/d)

Company Overview

Mindpeak is a Hamburg-based AI company applying state-of-the-art deep learning to computational pathology, with a clear mission: enabling more effective, personalized cancer treatment.

We work at the intersection of AI, medicine, and drug development-building regulatory-grade solutions that help pharma, biotech, and clinical partners discover, validate, and translate meaningful biomarkers into real-world impact.

Our technology analyzes H&E, IHC, and multiplex tissue data to support drug development, patient stratification, and clinical trials. What makes this work especially rewarding: our AI is already deployed in routine diagnostics in more than 25 countries, meaning the tools we build are used by clinicians and patients every day.

At Mindpeak, we believe that reliable, clinically applicable AI can change how cancer is treated. If you want to work on challenging problems, collaborate across disciplines, and see your work make a real difference in patient care, you’ll feel at home here.
