Internally, you’ll work closely with our Guarantee Price (GP) team, who work directly with both buyers and sellers, as well as Seller Success, Sales, Pricing, Product, Marketing, Operations and Finance to create a strong buyer experience, connect demand with supply and improve overall marketplace performance.

What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and develop the Nordic Buyer Success team
• Set the regional strategy for buyer acquisition, activation, retention and growth
• Own buyer-side marketplace performance across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland
• Grow and develop AutoProff’s network of professional buyers across relevant dealer and buyer segments
• Drive active buying, bid quality, auction conversion, repeat buying and post-auction close rates
• Develop buyer activation plans, dealer engagement activities and reactivation initiatives
• Use market knowledge, buyer insights and performance data to identify opportunities to strengthen buyer demand and marketplace liquidity
• Work closely with teams across AutoProff to improve the buyer experience and overall trading performance´

What we’re looking for

We imagine you have a strong commercial background from the automotive industry and know the Nordic used-car and dealer landscape well. You understand what drives professional buyers and have experience turning commercial opportunities into measurable growth.

More specifically, we’re looking for someone with:

• 10+ years of commercial experience within automotive, used-car trading, dealer sales, remarketing, auctions, B2B marketplaces or digital automotive platforms
• Strong knowledge of the Nordic used-car market and professional dealer landscape
• Experience working with relevant buyer segments such as independent dealers, franchise groups, wholesalers, fleet, leasing or remarketing
• A strong track record within buyer acquisition, commercial growth, sales or business development
• Experience leading and developing commercial, sales or customer success teams
• A good understanding of commercial performance and the ability to use data and market insights to make decisions
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken

Beyond your experience, we’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, comfortable taking ownership and able to turn strategy into clear priorities and action.

Nice to have

It’s a plus, but not a requirement, if you have experience with:

• Digital automotive marketplaces or auction platforms
• Working commercially across several Nordic markets
• An established network within the Nordic automotive and dealer landscape
• Swedish and/or Norwegian language skills
