Charging your car should feel as natural as charging your phone. That's the future we're building: a network of EV chargers where life happens. We don't just deploy chargers.
We accelerate sustainable mobility. We obsess over partnerships. We grow relentlessly: our network, our partners, ourselves. If you're here, you're probably not looking for "just a job." Neither are we. We're driven by impact, and always looking for people who thrive on turning bold ideas into reality. If that sounds like you, you'll feel at home here. We're looking for people who see challenges as puzzles, not problems, thrive in fast-growing, high-energy environments, and want to shape the future of mobility, not just watch it unfold.
At Powerdot, you'll get freedom, ownership, and responsibility. The space to experiment. The chance to scale your ideas. And a team that's always pushing the edge of what's possible.

- Role we’re looking for: GTM Manager
- Languages: Native French and fluent English
- Location: Paris, France
- Seniority: 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
Why This Role, Why Now?
Our partner ecosystem is central to how drivers discover and use Powerdot’s charging network. You will own a portfolio of strategic partners in France and combine commercial judgement, operational credibility and analytical discipline to grow its performance.
How You’ll Shape Our Story
- Own a portfolio of French mobility-service partners end to end, including strategy, roadmap, execution and results.
- Strengthen the operational and technical foundations that support reliable partner experiences, including data quality, integrations, pricing configuration and escalation flows.
- Identify and execute activation opportunities with partners, from targeted campaigns to broader commercial initiatives.
- Set clear performance goals, monitor results, build hypotheses and scale the approaches that work.
- Lead structured partner reviews that turn data into decisions and agreed actions.
- Represent Powerdot in commercial discussions, balancing strong relationships with sustainable economics.
- Coordinate effectively with Product, Engineering, Data, Pricing and Operations to resolve issues and unlock growth.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have experience owning commercial partnerships where the partner controls the end-customer relationship.
- You are analytical by default and can translate performance data into a clear conclusion and recommendation.
- You are operationally credible and comfortable discussing integrations, data feeds and pricing configurations.
- You can hold a commercial position, including saying no, while protecting a constructive relationship.
- You take ownership, close loops and bring recommendations rather than waiting for instructions.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-functional international environment.
- Also valuable:
- Experience in EV charging, energy, fuel cards, fleet or mobility.
- Experience with roaming, interoperability or partner integrations.
- Existing relationships in the French mobility ecosystem.
The Kind of Energy We're Looking For:
- We're not into titles, egos, or corporate buzzwords. We're into people who make things happen.
- You lead and listen. Whether you're steering the ship or rowing alongside the crew, you bring others with you and keep communication wide open.
- You own your stuff. You don't wait for instructions: you see an opportunity, grab it, and make it better than anyone expected.
- You've got a green heartbeat. Sustainability isn't just cool, it's core. You care about doing work that leaves the world a little better than you found it.
- You balance hustle with humanity. You love the buzz of in-person teamwork, but you also know when to recharge (pun totally intended 🔋).
- You grow on purpose. You're hungry to learn, to stretch, and to build something meaningful, not just rack up LinkedIn bullet points.
How you'll be Powered up?
- 🏥 Private health insurance coverage
- 💪🏼 Gym membership to help you stay active
- ⏰ Flexible working hours: you own your time
- 🌍 Annual offsite where we celebrate the year's achievements and spend quality time together (last year we went to the Algarve, Portugal!)
- 🤝🏼 Regular team-building events with your local teammates
- 📚 English Training as English is our language used to connect with all markets and teams
- 🍩 Free office snacks & unlimited coffee, and Meal allowance for every worked day
- ⚡️ Special discounts for charging your electric vehicle
