About Coframe

At Coframe, we are building a future where user and agent interfaces can adapt, evolve, and personalize themselves. We are generating revenue, growing rapidly, and trusted by companies you definitely know.

Coframe is a primarily in-person company based in San Francisco, well-capitalized with backing from Khosla Ventures, Nat Friedman, the founder of Android, and others. Our team is small and talent-dense, consisting of competitive programmers, former founders (including our founder who previously co-founded a unicorn), and AI researchers from top institutions who have created some of the most popular open-source code generation projects.

You're a great fit if you have:

3+ years of hands-on Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth, or Experimentation experience: whether at an agency, in-house growth team, or consulting environment. You've run hundreds of tests and know what wins.
Hypothesis Machine: You can look at a page and immediately identify five things to test. You think in terms of friction, motivation, and user psychology.
Data-Driven: You're fluent in experimentation metrics—statistical significance, sample sizes, lift calculations—and can confidently interpret results and recommend next steps.
Strong Communicator: You can present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders (VPs, CMOs, CPOs) and build trust as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.
The "Builder" Mentality: You thrive in ambiguity and are excited to shape processes and frameworks from the ground up at an early-stage company.

Nice to have:

Agency Experience: You've worked at a CRO or growth agency and understand how to manage multiple client workstreams simultaneously.
Technical Fluency: Familiarity with HTML/CSS, landing page builders, or experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarkly) is a plus.
Deep Curiosity: You're genuinely excited about AI and eager to push the boundaries of what's possible when experimentation is supercharged by autonomous agents.

What You'll Do:

Own the Experimentation Roadmap: Develop and execute comprehensive A/B testing strategies for enterprise customers. You'll identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize tests, and drive a relentless experimentation cadence.
Generate Winning Hypotheses: Combine data analysis, UX intuition, and conversion optimization best practices to generate test ideas that move the needle—across landing pages, checkout flows, product pages, and beyond.
Leverage AI-Powered Tooling: Use Coframe's proprietary Mark-1 platform to create and deploy test variants at unprecedented speed. You'll be at the forefront of AI-assisted CRO, shipping in hours what traditionally takes weeks.
Deliver Measurable ROI: Analyze experiment results, synthesize learnings, and communicate impact to customer stakeholders. You own the narrative around incremental revenue driven and testing velocity achieved.
Build the Practice: Help define what world-class AI-powered CRO looks like. Codify frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that scale across our growing customer base.

Benefits:

Why Coframe

Elite Team: Our founder is a serial entrepreneur who previously co-founded a $2B+ unicorn with Tom Brady and guest lectures AI at Stanford. Our team includes researchers from top institutions who created some of the world's most popular open-source code generation projects.

OpenAI: We’re the only marketing technology company officially partnered with OpenAI. Our engineers and researchers work directly with their team to co-train a model specifically for our use case, which is a differentiator, and a testament to the technical caliber of our team.

Inbound Leads: We’re currently growing at 120% QoQ with a consistent flood of inbound demand. We’re looking for the right saleshumans to capture this demand and market opportunity.

Top VCs: We’re backed by tier-1 investors including Khosla Ventures, Nat Friedman (former GitHub CEO), and Rich Miner (Android co-founder). Joining now means getting a seat on the rocket ship before our Series A: a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join in the early innings.

Already Crushing It: For our first product, we built proprietary generative AI technology that enables our Agents to autonomously design, code, debug, and deploy A/B tests, Landing Pages, and Personalization experiences. We effectively 10x testing velocity, replacing agencies, legacy tools, and the need to pull in-house designers and engineers for testing. In the last 6 months, we have already driven $221.4M in incremental revenue for our customers like Dropbox, Replit, and Intuit.
