About Squeeze

Are you ready to have a real impact on one of Norway’s most ambitious consumer businesses?

Squeeze is building a category-defining consumer brand, and we are looking for talented people who want to help us grow faster, smarter and better.

This is not an internship where you will spend your time watching from the sidelines. You will work on real business problems, own projects from start to finish and see the direct impact of your work.

Join us and make an impact

We are currently seeking Growth Interns to join our team in Oslo for fall 2026.

As a Growth Intern, you will work across the business to identify opportunities for growth, understand what drives customer behavior and be responsible to drive our sales pipeline.

You will combine analytical thinking with very hands-on execution: digging into data, developing hypotheses, launching experiments and talking to new and existing customers every single day.

If you are curious, commercially minded and enjoy talking to customers, this could be a great fit.

Key responsibilities

Drive both B2B and B2C sales efforts, from prospecting and customer outreach to conversations, follow-ups, and closing sales
Identify and analyze opportunities to accelerate customer acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue
Analyze customer, marketing and business data to uncover actionable insights
Work on improving different parts of the customer journey and conversion funnel
Support the evaluation of new growth channels, partnerships and commercial opportunities
Work closely with marketing, operations and other parts of the organization to turn ideas into action
Track the results of initiatives and communicate key learnings to the team

What we are looking for

We care more about your mindset and potential than having the perfect CV.

You are likely someone who:

Is highly curious and enjoys understanding why things work
Loves speaking to customers and excels at sales
Has a strong analytical and commercial mindset
Is comfortable going from analysis to actually executing an idea
Takes initiative and does not need every step of a task defined in advance
Learns quickly and is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Enjoys solving ambiguous problems
Communicates clearly and works well with others
Has high ambitions and wants a steep learning curve

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, marketing or other relevant fields
Experience working in sales
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional proficiency in Norwegian

What we offer

Real responsibility from day one: You will work on projects that matter to the business
A steep learning curve: You will get exposure to growth, marketing, strategy, operations and commercial decision-making
High ownership: Good ideas can quickly become real initiatives
Visible impact: You will be able to see the results of the work you do
A fast-moving environment: Work alongside an ultra ambitious team with experience at top investment banks and consulting firms, focused on building and improving every day
Experience from a growing consumer business: Get an inside view of what it takes to scale a consumer brand
