Peregrine Technologies
ApplyBacked by leading Silicon Valley investors, Peregrine helps public safety organizations, state and local and governments, federal agencies, and private-sector institutions address society’s challenges with unprecedented speed and accuracy. Our AI-enabled platform turns siloed and disconnected data into operational intelligence — instantly surfacing mission-critical information to empower better, faster decisions that improve outcomes at every touchpoint. Today Peregrine supports hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, serving more than 125 million people — and we’re amplifying our impact as we expand into the enterprise and internationally.
As a Growth Engineer on the marketing team, you'll drive growth by building the mechanisms that scale it: our marketing website (peregrine.io), content automation, and the internal workflows behind our digital growth experiments. The website is your primary focus. It's both an external surface to clearly communicate our value props to a variety of audiences, and an internal tool for scale and automation. You'll own it end to end, the Sanity instance and the front-end alike, and build the systems a modern marketing team runs on: signal ingestion, personalization, content production, and workflow automation. Working alongside growth marketing, product marketing, content, and brand, you'll build interactive experiences that stand out and run experiments that move the metrics that matter.
We value ownership and collaboration. You'll own major features end to end and work closely with the team to ship them. Empathy and humility matter here. You'll partner directly with marketing and design as we solve real problems. Perseverance and creativity are how we execute.
We've learned people hesitate to apply without an exact number of years. What matters most is the experiences you've had and the skills you've built. Around five years feels right. If you have fewer and meet the rest, apply.
Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, certifications or licenses, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here.
