Our mission
We're on a mission to create 10 million human firewalls! At revel8, we redefine cybersecurity training with hyper-realistic simulations that reflect today's evolving attack landscape. Our innovative platform combines AI-driven multi-channel attacks with gamified, real-time learning to build resilience where it matters most: the people.
Your mission
We're scaling our core business across the DACH region, and you're right at the heart of it. As a Growth Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle for SMB and key accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland: from first conversation to signed deal. You are the person who turns qualified opportunities into real revenue and builds the relationships that carry revel8 in the DACH market.
How your day-to-day will look like:- Own the Full Cycle: You run the sales process end to end — qualifying opportunities, running discovery, giving demos, handling objections, and closing. You take real ownership of your pipeline and your number.
- Close New Business: You turn qualified opportunities into signed customers, negotiating with decision-makers and navigating DACH-specific buying dynamics to bring deals over the line.
- Build the Playbook: You are early enough to shape how we sell. You test messaging, refine our approach to local buyers, and feed what works back into a repeatable playbook.
- Represent revel8: You are the face of our company in DACH, from customer calls to webinars and events. You understand the specific needs of local clients and channel those insights directly into our product and global growth.
- Work Cross-Functionally: You partner closely with our SDR, marketing, and product teams to keep your pipeline healthy and to make sure the voice of the market is heard across the company.
Is it you we are looking for?
You...
- have a completed degree, whether in Business, Economics, Engineering, or another field that sharpened your analytical thinking and drive. We welcome diverse backgrounds; what matters most is what you bring to the role, not the exact subject on your diploma.
- have first experience as an SDR or in sales with a strong track record, ideally in B2B SaaS or another fast-paced environment. You've already built pipeline, qualified opportunities, and talked to potential customers.
- want to take the next step into full-cycle sales: You're eager to own your own deals, negotiate, and close . And to grow with real ownership.
- are a motivated, goal-oriented self-starter: You take initiative, work independently, and thrive with real ownership. Ambitious targets energize you rather than scare you.
- are curious & adaptable: You love opening up something new, challenging the status quo, and finding what works.
- are excited about cybersecurity & AI: You're curious about how AI is transforming the security space and eager to rethink how security awareness is done.
- are tech-savvy: You're comfortable with modern sales tooling (CRM, outreach, automation) and happy to build scalable processes as we grow.
- are fluent in German (business proficient) and English: German is a must, it's how you'll win and work with clients across the DACH region. Good English helps you collaborate smoothly with our team.
Bonus
- First closing experience as AE: You've already brought your own deals over the line.
- Knowledge of additional European languages, opening the door to further markets.
- Existing network among relevant decision-makers in DACH.
Why revel8?
- Our revelutionary Energy: A team that's ambitious, kind, and genuinely excited about what we're building. We move fast, we have fun, and we treat each other well.
- Timing: Product-market fit is proven. The work now is to scale through rigorous execution.
- Build, Don't Maintain: You take real ownership early, shape how we sell in DACH, and see your decisions reflected directly in our pipeline and ARR, not a small lever inside a corporate machine.
- Shared success: Every team member is part of our ESOP program, so everyone shares in what we build.
- Office-first: In the heart of Munich at Stiglmaierplatz, with flexibility when you need it. Unlimited coffee, table tennis and good vibes included.
- EGYM Wellpass membership for your daily balance.
