About the Program

Join the inaugural cohort of the LexisNexis Legal & Professional General Management Leadership Development Program (GMLDP), the company's primary development program for future General Managers, Business Unit Leaders, Operational Leaders, and Strategy Leaders.

As part of the inaugural cohort of General Management Associates, you'll work directly with senior executives on go-to-market strategy, growth initiatives, M&A opportunities, AI-driven business challenges, and other priorities influencing the future of the business. The goal isn't to observe leaders at work. It's to build the breadth of experience needed to become one. This structured two-year program features three rotational assignments designed to help you grow through meaningful business challenges while developing the leadership capabilities and business acumen needed for future leadership roles. Rotational areas include:

• Commercial Sales

• Marketing

• Product

• Technology / AI

• Strategy

• Finance

• Global Operations

• Corporate Development

• Legal

• Human Resources

Why Join?

• Most leadership programs teach you how a business works. This one puts you inside the decisions that shape it.
• A structured two-year career path designed to develop future enterprise leaders into General Manager, Business Unit Leader, and P&L Owner roles, not a rotational program without a destination.

• Meaningful access to senior leaders through executive mentorship, sponsorship, feedback, and career development support from day one. Gaining exposure to leaders whose roles you could one day hold yourself.

• Opportunities to apply AI and data-driven approaches to solve important business challenges.
• Three rotations across key business functions such as Product, Strategy, Technology/AI, Commercial Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Corporate Development, Legal, or HR, building the broad business perspective great general managers need.
• For someone interested in building toward enterprise leadership, this is a rare opportunity to accelerate that journey while helping shape a program designed to develop LexisNexis' next generation of business leaders.

Mentoring and Professional Development

We invest in our people because leadership development is critical to our future success. As a General Management Associate, you'll be paired with a C-suite mentor and sponsor and supported by a dedicated HR Leadership Partner (HRLP). Throughout the program, you'll receive structured feedback, leadership coaching, and professional development opportunities.

You'll participate in executive roundtables, CEO sessions, leadership discussions, networking events, formal learning experiences, and on-the-job development opportunities designed to help you grow your business and leadership capabilities.
