Are you a passionate Finance Consultant with experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations? Then we offer you the opportunity for a unique position with exciting projects, great colleagues, excellent facilities, and the chance to develop your skills while contributing to our continued success at Cepheo.

At Cepheo, we take pride in having many talented employees across the Nordics who are dedicated to working with the entire Microsoft Dynamics platform. We’re excited to say that, due to new international projects, we now have room for more talented colleagues to join our team.

The Finance & Operations team covers a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, construction, utilities and energy, wholesale, and retail. For this position, your primary focus will be on our manufacturing clients. Therefore, knowledge of this segment is an advantage - but not a requirement - as your expertise in financial processes within D365FO is what truly matters.

About Cepheo
Cepheo empowers businesses to adapt and succeed in a changing world. With locations across the Nordics and decades of experience in implementing and developing industry-specific solutions based on the Microsoft platform, we help our customers use technology and data to make more informed decisions, optimize daily operations, and bring out the best in their people.

In Denmark, Cepheo has offices across the country, and you can choose the location that suits you best. We have offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg, Thisted, and Kolding, with a total of 110 employees fully focused on Microsoft Dynamics solutions. The largest business area in Denmark - and across the entire group - is Finance & Operations. In addition to close collaboration with our sister companies in Norway and Sweden, we also work closely with Cepheo Poland, our nearshore center with around 100 employees.

After two years of establishing Cepheo as a strong new brand in the Dynamics market, we are now ready to accelerate our growth. The foundation is in place with new and ongoing large international projects.

As a consultant at Cepheo, you are allocated 10% of your time for skills development - and we can ensure you that we walk the talk. We can document that we meet this goal, and we view education as an investment that makes us stronger - we do not see it as a cost.

About the position
As a Functional Solution Architect / Senior Consultant, you will be part of a strong team focused on ERP processes, working across the entire Dynamics platform - especially F&O, but also the Power Platform. We value learning from each other and taking shared responsibility. We believe this broad collaboration is essential for continuous professional development, which is why Cepheo dedicates time and resources to training and knowledge sharing.

You’ll join a team of skilled and highly experienced D365FO consultants, ensuring high-level sparring. You’ll also experience a fast pace environment, as you’ll be involved in new projects from the early stages, helping to set the scene. You’ll work closely with Cepheo’s other F&O teams (Project Management, Service Delivery Managers, Developers - both Danish and Polish colleagues - and infrastructure technicians).

As an architect within the finance area, you’ll carry significant responsibility in the project. You’ll challenge the customer on process optimization within your area of expertise and coordinate with colleagues handling other workstreams to ensure cohesion. We know that all issues in the various business areas eventually impact finance, so you’ll play a key role in mitigating potential challenges. Familiarity (not deep expertise) with other process areas such as procurement, sales, inventory, and production is essential for success in the role.

You’ll be introduced to Cepheo’s implementation model, which is based on a well-documented process framework. You’ll find that Cepheo is at the forefront of process-oriented approaches, and your tasks will reflect that.

You’ll also have the opportunity to join our Nordic Capability Group for Finance & Operations, giving you a network with colleagues in Scandinavia and Poland, where you can share knowledge and learn from others that works in the same field as you.

At Cepheo, you’ll take ownership of how projects are delivered. You’ll work closely with customers and typically be involved from the analysis phase through implementation and ongoing support and development.

We value quality and expect you to be a strong communicator in both Danish and English. It’s also a plus if you are naturally proactive, curious, structured, and possess strong business acumen.
