Full-Stack Engineer

At Paace, we are building the Avios for the wellness age. Walking is the world’s most universal wellness habit, with over one billion people checking their steps every day. We reward that behaviour with Paace Points, creating a network of engaged, active consumers who brands can access and reward directly.

Some highlights from our journey so far:

📈 Viral growth in 2025 leading to 170k downloads (55k MAUs)

💸 Raised funding via a government grant, prominent angels and a crowdfund from users

🤝 Thousands of live partner locations from major UK supermarkets to independent coffeeshops (and lots in between)

🏆 Hit No.1 in the App Store Health & Fitness charts

We’re now looking for another Full-Stack Software Engineer to help take our technology to the next level and capitalise on this exciting stage of growth.
