Our teams deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions that support critical front-office and order-management workflows across wealth products.

We are continuously modernising our platforms through microservices, cloud-native practices, and strong engineering discipline to deliver better business outcomes and client experience.

Why Join

You deliver high-quality software, adapt quickly to evolving priorities, and continuously improve systems and engineering practices.

What you do

Partner with Product Owners, business users, and SMEs to shape requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Design and develop microservices using Java technologies (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Batch).
Build and enhance responsive, high-usable frontend applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, software engineers, QA engineers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
Deliver enhancements across wealth/trading application workflows in a microservices architecture.
Debug, troubleshoot, and provide production support for business-critical applications.
Implement automated testing and CI/CD practices to improve software quality and release efficiency.
Contribute to engineering excellence through code reviews, standards adoption, and occasional pair programming.
Proactively improve system performance, reliability, maintainability, and developer productivity.
