About The Role
Vivid Money is redefining how modern businesses, growing SMEs, and financial institutions manage and optimize their capital. From high-yield Interest Accounts and multi-currency infrastructure to treasury tools and team cards, we provide the modern financial platform that traditional banks make too slow and expensive.
We are expanding our business presence across Germany.
We aren’t looking for an SDR to just follow a pre-written playbook; we are looking for our Founding SDR for the DACH market. Working directly alongside our Founding Account Executive, you will be employee number one on the SDR side, responsible for building the outbound engine from scratch. Your core focus will be opening doors with SMB decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Finance Directors), while strategically mapping and testing outreach to adjacent personas like holding structures, PE/VC portfolio leads, and family offices.
If you want the autonomy of a founding team member, want to write the prospecting playbook, and want to establish the top-of-funnel blueprint for Vivid in Germany, this role is for you.
Your Mission
- Build the Outbound Engine: Architect, build, and test our cold outreach sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn targeting SMB decision-makers across Germany.
- Map & Test New Personas: Experiment with outreach strategies for secondary personas, including holding companies, VC/PE portfolio managers, and corporate service providers, to help define our expanded ICP.
- Generate High-Volume Pipeline: Own top-of-funnel growth by sourcing, qualifying, and booking high-intent discovery meetings for the Founding Account Executive.
- Design the Playbook: Partner directly with Sales Leadership to document what works, establishing the framework, templates, and best practices for future SDR hires.
- Leverage AI & Sales Infrastructure: Help select, implement, and optimize our AI-native prospecting stack, utilizing AI tools to automate research, trigger tracking, and hyper-personalized messaging.
- Continuous Feedback Loop: Gather market feedback from prospect interactions to help refine product positioning, objections handling, and GTM messaging.
Your Profile
- 1–3 years of outbound prospecting experience (SDR/BDR) in B2B FinTech, SaaS, or financial services, preferably within the DACH market.
- Founding/Builder mindset: High agency, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by creating processes from scratch rather than just executing existing ones.
- Persona curiosity: Ability to speak the language of SMB founders and CFOs, with a strong interest in learning how different corporate entities and treasury setups operate.
- Tech-savvy & AI-native: Active user of modern sales stacks and AI prospecting tools to maximize outreach efficiency.
- Tenacious & resilient: Motivated by raw pipeline creation, testing new angles, and iterating quickly based on response data.
- Languages: Full professional fluency in German and English is required.
Why Join Vivid?
- Hybrid or remote way of work. You can work from our Berlin office or fully remote from other locations.
- Direct influence on go-to-market strategy and revenue growth.
- Significant ownership from day one and strong growth opportunities.
- AI-first culture – we use it every day, not just talk about it.
- Learning & development budget to support your professional growth.
- Fully paid vacation and sick leave.
- Sports compensation.
- Real growth prospects, significant responsibility, and the ability to make an immediate impact from day one.
Compensation range
Final compensation is determined individually, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role, assessed against objective, gender-neutral criteria.
About Vivid
At Vivid, we're on a mission to change how businesses and individuals manage their money across Europe. For businesses, we build tools that actually make a difference: multi-IBAN accounts, high-yield savings, business cashback, team cards, and accounting integrations that save real time — all in one place. And for individuals, we offer a simple way to manage and grow your wealth: access to global stocks, ETFs and 150+ cryptocurrencies, cashback, and personalised financial insights.
Our mission? Your success. Everyone deserves the chance to see their finances flourish, and we're dedicated to empowering our customers to make this a reality.
Founded in 2019 in Berlin by Alexander Emeshev and Artem Iamanov, Vivid has quickly grown into one of Germany's top financial platforms for SMEs and private accounts. Since then, we've expanded rapidly across Europe, earning the trust of over 500,000 customers — and with over €200 million raised and a valuation of €775 million, we're just getting started.
We're building Vivid as an AI-native organization — across every function, from product to compliance to operations. Automation handles a growing share of day-to-day execution. For us, this means our teams can focus on architecture, strategy, and high-impact decision-making. This changes how we work: less manual execution, more ownership in building systems that scale. We want to help define what AI-native looks like in a regulated financial environment — and we're looking for people who want to build that future with us.
