Who We Are

CIAL Dun & Bradstreet is the exclusive commercial data franchise across 43 Latin American markets, providing the credit data, identity, and risk infrastructure that businesses across the region depend on to make consequential decisions. As part of the global Dun & Bradstreet network, we are the trusted source of commercial intelligence for companies operating in Latin America.

We operate across 43 markets, serving tens of thousands of businesses that rely on our data to make decisions — on credit, on counterparties, on risk. Our platform is built on decades of data, deep market relationships, and a commitment to expanding financial trust across Latin America.

As AI transforms how businesses operate and make decisions, we are positioning CIAL serves as the trust layer beneath it — the verified, structured data that anchors AI in reality. In a world where models are only as reliable as the information they run on, we are the ground truth for commercial identity across Latin America.

The Role

We’re looking for a high-potential, early-career operator to work directly alongside the founders and senior leadership team — embedded at the center of how CIAL thinks, decides, and executes.

This is not a traditional corporate role. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is exceptionally sharp, naturally curious, highly organized, and native to AI tools and modern cloud workflows.

You will sit next to decision-makers and help turn ideas into execution across everything we do. Some days that means structuring a new initiative. Others, it's researching a market, preparing materials for a key meeting, supporting an acquisition process, or simply making sure something critical doesn't fall through the cracks.

Your job, simply put: help us move faster and think better.

What You'll Do

This role changes daily. The through-line is execution and strategy — moving things forward with speed, clarity, and ownership.

1. Execution Partner to Leadership

• Work directly with the founders and senior team on day-to-day priorities
• Help organize what matters, sequence what's next, and push initiatives across the finish line
• Prepare briefs, decision memos, summaries, and materials for key conversations
• Follow through relentlessly — you are the person who makes sure things actually happen

1. AI & Cloud-Driven Work

• Use AI tools and cloud platforms — Claude, ChatGPT, and others — as a core part of how you work, every day
  • Research markets, companies, and opportunities
  • Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable outputs
  • Build drafts of strategies, documents, frameworks, and analyses
• Continuously identify ways to do more with less — bringing new tools, workflows, and capabilities into the team proactively
• Set the standard for what AI-native work looks like inside CIAL

1. Projects Across the Business

• Support new initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities as they emerge
• Move fluidly between strategy, operations, research, and coordination — often in the same week
• Bring structure to ambiguous situations and clarity to complex ones

1. Operational Leverage

• Identify friction in how things run and fix it
• Build simple, durable systems, workflows, and processes that make the team more effective
• Act as a force multiplier — your output should make everyone around you more productive

Who You Are

• We are hiring for potential, not tenure
• Exceptionally sharp and a fast, self-directed learner
• Highly organized and detail-oriented — you catch what others miss
• Strong written and verbal communicator — clear, concise, no fluff
• Native user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) — you already use them daily, not occasionally, for building and agentic flows, not just chat
• Naturally proactive — you identify what needs to happen and do it without being asked
• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by moving fast in an environment without a fixed playbook
• Low ego, high ownership — you care about the work, not the credit

You might be a top student, someone who built something on your own, or simply someone who is unusually sharp and driven. We care far more about how you think than what your resume says.

What You'll Get

• Direct, daily exposure to how real businesses are built, run, and grown
• A seat next to experienced operators making consequential decisions
• Visibility into deals, partnerships, strategy, and the full operating lifecycle of a leading data company across Latin America
• A steep learning curve — deliberately. This role is designed to accelerate you.
• Compensation commensurate with the level of contribution and ownership expected
• Long-term growth opportunity with exposure to varied industries and business functions

How to Apply

Reach out directly to the CIAL team with two things:

• A short note on why this role and why now
• Something you've built, written, or worked on that shows how you think — a project, analysis, essay, product, or anything else that reflects your mind at work
• Your desired salary or compensation range

No formal cover letter required. Show us how you think.
