Founder’s Office – AI Operations Builder

Location: Irvine / Orange County Preferred
Company: CuraPatient / CuraClaims
Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an exceptional operator with taste, ambition, and a builder mentality.

This is not a traditional office admin role.

We want someone who naturally creates order from chaos, notices details others miss, uses AI instinctively, and can turn rough ideas into polished execution. Someone ambitious enough to grow into operational leadership as the company scales.

The future of work is not large teams doing repetitive tasks.
The future is small groups of highly capable people leading armies of AI agents and automation systems to solve major problems.

That is how we operate.

We are building AI infrastructure for healthcare payment operations and revenue integrity at national scale — spanning VA healthcare, payer integrity, rural health, and enterprise operations. The right person will sit close to leadership, help shape the company’s operational systems, and eventually have the opportunity to own major initiatives or business lanes.

What We’re Looking For

We care deeply about:

• Taste and judgment
• Initiative
• Curiosity
• Ownership
• Communication
• Execution speed
• Can-do attitude
• Calmness under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Ambition

We are looking for someone who:

• Figures things out without waiting to be told
• Uses AI tools naturally and aggressively
• Can take incomplete direction and create polished output
• Notices operational friction and fixes it
• Has strong design and communication instincts
• Wants to build, not just coordinate
• Is willing to do hard things
• Understands that no task is too small or too big
• Wants to grow into leadership over time

We want raw talent and strong instincts that can be refined — not someone who needs to be taught professionalism, urgency, ownership, or standards from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Run and improve day-to-day company operations
• Build AI-powered workflows and automations
• Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, etc.
• Create polished presentations, documents, dashboards, and operational systems
• Coordinate projects and drive follow-through across teams
• Support leadership with execution-heavy operational work
• Help identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
• Build internal processes that increase leverage across the company
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, events, office operations, and strategic initiatives
• Operate with high responsiveness and ownership in a fast-moving startup environment

Ideal Background

You may come from:

• Startup operations
• Founder’s office
• Executive assistant / operations hybrid roles
• Agency or hospitality environments with high standards
• No-code / AI builder communities
• Product operations
• Special projects roles
• Or no traditional path at all — but with exceptional ability and hunger

Growth Opportunity

This role is designed for someone ambitious.

The right person may eventually grow into ownership of:

• Rural health operations
• Payer integrity initiatives
• Enterprise partnerships
• Strategic operations
• Product operations
• Client expansion lanes
• New business initiatives

We are looking for future operators and leaders.

What Success Looks Like

• Problems get solved before they escalate
• Operations become cleaner, faster, and more scalable
• AI and automation eliminate repetitive work
• Leadership gains leverage instead of overhead
• Teams execute faster with less friction
• High standards become embedded across the organization
• Major initiatives move from idea → execution quickly

Final Thought

This role is for someone who wants proximity to meaningful work, high expectations, and significant opportunity.

If you are looking for a slow-moving corporate environment with rigid boundaries, this is probably not the right fit.

If you want to help build something ambitious, solve hard problems, and grow rapidly alongside a company operating at national scale — we would love to meet you.
