Troubleshoot authentication and enterprise integration issues (OAuth, SAML, SCIM, etc.)
Own multiple customer projects simultaneously, coordinating across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
Translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements
Build internal tooling that accelerates onboarding, deployment, and operational workflows
