Organization Overview
Founded in 2004, Brilliant Corners provides innovative housing and housing-related services to those transitioning from or at risk of homelessness or institutionalization. We develop, own, and manage multi-family supportive housing and licensed residential care homes. Additionally, we implement a broad array of scattered-site, one-on-one supportive housing, and clinical case management programs through partnerships with developmental services, homeless services, veteran services, and health care sectors.
In short, we do good work.
We have offices statewide with a staff of passionate people. While we are growing rapidly, we are also selective: We’re seeking inspired, talented people who want to bring profound change and who have fun doing it.
Position Summary
The Financial Systems Associate Director is responsible for the strategic ownership, design, and evolution of the organization’s ERP and Finance systems ecosystem. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert on ERP capabilities, configuration options, and best practices, guiding how the system is optimized to meet both current operational needs and future organizational growth.
This role Product Owner leads the Finance Systems team and is responsible for oversight of the Finance Systems function. Day-to-day operational administration, user support, reporting development, and routine system maintenance are performed by Finance Systems Administrators and Analysts under this role’s direction.
The Associate Director also partners closely with Finance, IT, and Operations leadership, ensuring that system implementations, integrations, and advanced configurations are thoughtfully designed, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities.
