You support our finance team in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth commercial processes
You handle invoicing for our client projects and ensure all services are correctly recorded and billed
You keep track of incoming payments, support dunning processes, and clarify open items
You work closely with our tax office and prepare documents for monthly and annual financial statements
You take on report analyses and help present our figures transparently
You contribute to optimizing and structuring our finance processes

You have completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax clerk, industrial clerk, or a comparable qualification
You have several years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
You work in a structured, reliable, and careful way, especially when handling numbers
You are confident using Excel and common Office tools
You have a good understanding of commercial concepts and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics
You handle sensitive data responsibly
You have very good German and good Englishskills
You communicate clearly and enjoy working as part of a team
