BUILD YOUR FUTURE AT TWIN OAKS!
Are you career-minded? Do you have a strong work ethic and take great pride in always doing your best? Would you like to work for a solid company that truly values your drive, skills, and your efforts? If so, Twin Oaks may have just the position for you!

Our Core Values:

• Extreme Ownership - Challenges are part of the deal.  Instead of being caught off guard, we expect adversity and meet it with resilience and responsibility.  We focus on what we can control, take the right step, and contribute with solutions instead of excuses or complaints.  Taking responsibility is where real power begins--it turns obstacles into opportunities.
• Better than Yesterday - We don't settle--we improve.  Every day is a chance to sharpen our skills, raise our quality, improve our systems, and explore new ways to serve our customers.  No one has to push us--we push ourselves.  When each of us gets better, the whole team levels up.
• Be a Good Teammate - Being on a team is a privilege, not a right.  We give up the right to be selfish, negative, and apathetic when others depend on us.  We show up engaged, supportive, and respectful of others--especially when things get tough.  Good teammates are genuine people who make things better just by being a part of the team and help create a culture others want to be part of.
• Play for the Front of the Jersey - We collaborate beyond silos and play like a team. We help where we're needed, even if it's "not our job". We care how our work impacts other teams and the company as a whole. We assume positive intent, support each other, and work like we're all on the same side, because we are. A win in one area means nothing if the rest of the business is falling behind. When we operate as one aligned unit, we respond faster, solve problems better, and keep the momentum moving forward.

• Details Define Us - We believe excellence lives in the small things. Every label, email, measurement, and moment matters—because how we do anything is how we do everything. Pride in the details builds trust and sets us apart.

Our Team:

We value our team of skilled craftsmen and knowledgeable sales support staff. We seek career-minded individuals who desire to give their professional best. Our company is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who is self motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, growth-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A successful candidate is a team player who will be able to maintain good interpersonal relations with team members, vendors, and clients.
