About the Role
Ridge Equipment has built wireless systems since 1995. We design and install DAS, small cell, and in-building wireless networks for major carriers at stadiums, hospitals, and commercial buildings across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region.
We're hiring Field Service Technicians and will train you on our systems. If you've worked as a cable, satellite, low voltage, or telecom tech, you already have most of what it takes. You'll work alongside experienced lead technicians and grow into more advanced wireless and fiber work.
You'll travel to a different job site most days and head home at night. Technicians who show reliability and a clean driving record can earn a company vehicle after one year, and experienced hires may qualify at hire.

- Run, terminate, and test coax, fiber, and copper cable
- Mount and wire equipment in telecom racks
- Label cable and equipment, and keep documentation accurate as work progresses
- Capture photos and closeout documentation on a phone or tablet
- Represent Ridge professionally with customers, building staff, and other trades
