Coordinate local-language marketing materials and regional campaigns to support relevant, consistent customer engagement.
Manage marketing operations, including event setup, lead capture, follow-up, tracking budgets and invoices, maintaining accurate spending forecasts and records.
Own marketing analytics and performance reporting, turning campaign, digital, and CRM data into actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and pipeline growth.
Build and maintain dashboards tracking target-account engagement, qualified leads, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, cost per opportunity, and marketing ROI.
Analyze performance across website, email, paid media, social media, and events to identify the channels, audiences, and programs that generate qualified opportunities.
Support Taiwan and regional business operations as needed, including executive visit logistics, travel coordination, customer meeting arrangements, local vendors, and other administrative support related to regional business activities.
