Manage and analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, using data and analytics to continually optimize programs and report impact to sales and marketing leadership.

Ensure clear and consistent communication with the regional sales team, educating on upcoming programs, assets, and global-to-local campaign activation opportunities.

Collaborate with national and global teams to scale successful programs across markets and ensure regional participation in corporate campaigns.

Lead the planning and flawless execution of high-touch regional events, customer roundtables, and partner activations—while also supporting key national initiatives led by the Experience Marketing team.
